I have always admired Haruka for her upfront, no-nonsense personality as well as her sex appeal so I decided she would suit my personality to a T...^_~
For this costume, I kind of cheated seeing as I had it professionally made for me...^^; I did however go out and get the shoes and the hair colorant which Kris helped me apply (thanks Kris) *grin*
Miri went out and bought the sword and applied the jewels seeing as I couldn't find anything comparable to the Space Sword. I wouldn't mind cosplaying her again, but if I do, I would want to get a short ash-blond wig seeing as I think it would just complete the costume better...^^

As we all know, FY's cast is made up of mostly droolable male characters and I didn't feel like being a guy so I went for the next best thing...^^
For this costume, I went out and bought a cream colored babydoll set, opaque cream stocking and some furry material. I won't say how I made the ears...that's a sseeeccrett, but I simply sewed the tail right side out and then inverted it and stuffed it. Kris went out and bought me some wrist length gloves and I lined it with some of the same furry material to tie it into the rest of my costume. Add some cream slippers from home and some whiskers and I was ready to go...^^
If I do cosplay Tama-neko again though, I would like to get a creamy blond wig and then die a piece of it dark brown...it would just be a little more authentic than my own dark locks.
